When you use our courier service, where available, we will match the direct cost of returning the goods against handling and delivery charges already incurred by you so you incur no additional charges for returning your goods. Any refund you receive for returned goods will be credited to the payment method used; your My Account or your credit/debit card as appropriate. If you added the item to your Bon Prix My Account, the refund will be reflected in your next monthly statement. If you have a balance outstanding, this, and the minimum payment amount will be amended. If the balance has already been paid, it will show as a credit. Please note we will process your refund as quickly as possible but in some cases this can take up to 4 weeks. It is at our sole discretion to accept a late return of goods, in which case we may charge a fee of £ 3.99 to cover our own processing costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
